8/12 - In our last video we discussed the various type of healthcare lien obligations that exist and the role of a “Lien Resolution Administrator”. In this video we will take a deeper look at how these liens are resolved.

The presenter and writer of the program, Matt Garretson, has spent 25 years of his life helping to design and administer large scale settlement programs, such as the World Trade Center First Responders, the BP Oil Spill, several Sexual Abuse settlements involving universities and religious organization and dozens of settlements involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He is the author of the textbook titled, “Negotiating and Settling Tort Cases,” that lays out how settlement programs should operate.
